  Web Site Problems Date: 13/08/2009  

On Wednesday 12 August 2009, the host web server had a problem that caused our website to become eithet unavailable or extremely slow to respond. Whilst the problem has now been fixed, we will transfer our site to another host and apologize to all our visitors for the disruption to service.

Thank you for your understanding. Technical issues that caused the failure are beyond our control.

On Tuesday the 9th of March I logged on to do my order and for some reason have been unable to view my favorites list but can still add things to it. Can you help? I use the favorites alot to save me time. Richelle, Earthly Beauty, Victoria
